The International Transport and Air Pollution Conference (TAP) has been held since 1986 in Graz (Austria), Zurich (Switzerland), Avignon, Reims, Toulouse and Lyon (France), Boulder (CO, USA) and Thessaloniki (Greece). During these years, it has evolved into a key event of dialogue and networking in the areas of transport and air pollution, between scientists, researchers, users and decision makers.
The main theme of the 23rd TAP Conference, organized in Thessaloniki between 15-17 May 2019 is 2020-2030: Transport in critical transition. Indeed, this decade will determine whether transport systems will succeed in moving ahead, fulfilling their sustainability targets.
